The obsidian blade and the franged sheath propels us straight to America. We are before the first contact with Europeans.
I wanted a set with a life experience. The handle is worked to recreate the stigma of intensive use by its owner, I find it fully successful. This one is in Juniper essence attested in America. I find this wood magical at all levels.
The case is made of rawhide covered with tanned deer hide. The fringes are made of deer hide. The patina of this one goes very well with the handle of the knife. Anita wisely decorated it with a collection of bone beads. At the back a link allows to hang it on the belt. A deer hide strap can be added as an option and on request to wear it around the neck or as a shoulder strap.
